Job Description

Clubhouse Maintenance Person.Immediate Hire! Year round position.Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in a building maintenance / maintenance person position. (3 years minimum)
  • Experience in cleaning commercial buildings, and commercial laundry is considered an asset.
  • Must be able to perform the following building repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, lighting, door repairs, flooring, etc..
  • High quality of work is expected
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to building emergencies ( eg. Fire alarms, floods, etc..)
  • Assist in setting up banquet rooms for functions. (tables, chairs, projectors, equipment)
  • Snow removal during the winter months. (snow blower, shoveling, salting)
  • Must have license and reliable vehicle
  • Able to carry loads up to 50 lbs
  • Due to covid-19, maintenance is required to do cleaning most days instead of maintenance to help keep the Clubhouse clean and safe for the members
  • Immediate start
