  • Provide friendly, prompt, empathetic and accurate service to all clients and prospects
  • With precision, determine the insurance and financial services required to help ensure we are their "Preferred Insurance Provider"
  • Establish personalized and professional telephone contact with the client. Educate and advise our clients and prospects on our products, while adhering to the companys underwriting guidelines.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales and retention goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about our insurance and financial services solutions.
Job Requirements:
  • Honest, thoughtful, dedicated, team player, trustworthy and a good sense of humour
  • Self-motivated with a desire to always do what is best for the client
  • A good listener with the ability to determine the needs of our client or a prospect
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Appreciates the importance of detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
  • Immediate likability with interest in others before self
  • A keen desire to listen and learn - when the client wins, we win
Qualifications:
  • General License (OTL/RIBO) required before starting
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Preferred College diploma in a related field.
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
