The successful candidates will receive mentorship from the NFP leadership group as well as a fast-tracked training schedule that will condense five years’ worth of on-the-job experience into two.By the end of the ACAP training schedule, you will function as a full-fledged Client Manager responsible for servicing your own book of business.The expected start date for successful hires of this program aligns with the April 2022 graduation period.
