Job Description

The RoleAs Receptionist, your duties will be primarily focused on helping run the front office. We need someone with real estate experience who can expertly handle the phones help load listings and other adhoc projects. An effective communicator, you will need to be able to focus on competing priorities in a confident and pragmatic manner.Responsibilities*Answering phones and emails, handling all kinds of appointments through real estate specific software***Copying, scanning, faxing documents both for internal and external use*Creating and sharing daily and monthly reports for staff and agents***Communicating with and troubleshooting technical solutions the office and our agents use*Coordinating agents coming to and leaving the office***Office coordination*Helping load listings on MLS***And other adhoc requests to help ensure the office runs smoothlyDesired Education & Experience*2-5 years’ experience in the real estate industry or in an office setting***Exceptional correspondence skills including pleasant spoken and written manner*Intermediate use of Microsoft Office, namely Excel and Word***Experience with online databases and sorting data*Dynamic time management skills and an ability to prioritize***Keen eye for detailWhat Youll Bring to This Role: · Ability to fluently communicate in English · Must be an administrative ninja - someone who derives pleasure from crossing their T’s and dotting their I’s. · All around proactive and positive attitude · Ability to troubleshoot independently and find solutions · An interest in working within a digital world with particular attention to technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work · A demonstrated commitment to offering value to our clients and providing a truly memorable and high level of customer service that will keep our clients returning for years to come · Relevant experience in customer service, administration or applicable transferable skills · Extensive technical knowledge in Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Docs) · Excellent time management, organization, task prioritization and problem-solving skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourQuick Apply
