While working with Homezy, you will double-down as our brand ambassador and spread our company’s hard-work and positivity with each clean.- Organize and conduct team members throughout cleaning operations- Set an example for other workers during cleaning procedures to provide an exceptional clean in customers’ homes- Help owner with unique management duties- Attend weekly meetings and report weekly activities/summaries- Prepare cleaning products and load equipment into vehicle- Cleaning, dusting and vacuuming bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, etc.- Cleaning & sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms- Vacuuming and washing hard surface floors on hands and knees- Cleaning and dusting light fixtures, baseboards, doors, door frames, and windowsills- Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind- Transport team members, materials and cleaning supplies to each home- Working in a safe and methodical manner- Contributing to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude, punctuality, and a team player mindset- Be respectful at all times towards co-workers and customers- Taking pride and being passionate about the work you doQualifications: We are Primarily looking for Passionate workers who are mature, responsible, dependable and honest.- Previous experience with team leadership- Capable of coordinating team members, shifts and future planning- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions- Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to handle tough situational conflicts- Strong attention to detail- A valid drivers license and clean driving record is an asset- Ability to drive to and from various job sites is an asset- Clean police record with strong references- Previous cleaning experience is an asset- A great attitude, a positive work ethic and ability to commit to the team- Punctual, disciplined and able to follow company guidelines- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses- Ability to read cleaning instructions- Ability to learn our precise cleaning style and uphold expected workload- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. of equipmentHomezy is an equal opportunity employer and we thank you for your interest.
