Every member of the team has an important role and are respected for their expertise and as an individual.Position Summary:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing contact with existing and new dealer customers, identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads. Through a consultative sales relationship, this role strives to delight dealer customers and earn the right to be their preferred provider of products, technology, and information. The Inside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.If you have prior experience in dealer network sales, love Powersports and have a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Work closely with dealers to establish a consultative sales relationship that facilitates profitable dealer business growth
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with co-workers and managers, relaying all information affecting sales, market trends, and conditions, market segment performance and competitive situations. Prepares occasional reports, verbal or written, to support this communication
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Perform the required admin functions outlined for the position which are not limited to processing customer orders, carrier ship traces, and requests
  • Maintain customer information and notes utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Assist in the ordering of new units with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
  • Follow the sales process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of all Segway Powersports lineup of ATVs, UTVs, and SSVs company and its competitors
  • As requested, attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
  • Maintain integrity, honesty, and core values of Segway Powersports Canada at all times
