The successful candidate’s schedule must be flexible enough that they can work various shifts which include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.Job DescriptionMain Objectives:Be an active, efficient and effective member of the Guest Services TEAMProvide premium customer service through established programs, including but not limited to providing information, support and services to the shopping and travelling publicAct as a liaison with tenants“Beyond the Booth” Customer Service does not stop at the kiosk and should be carried out at all timesResponsibilities:Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all patrons and tenants by being knowledgeable about the property and its offeringsSale of Mall Gift Cards which includes:daily depositsshift reports and logsdistribution of gift-with-purchase itemsTelephone, Email and In-Person InquiriesOpening & Closing dutiesPrepare and manage various customer tracking initiativesProvide Customer assistance with all available mall services.Assist other mall personnel (Security and Maintenance) to provide an exceptional Customer Experience, promoting a safe and clean environmentAssist with various on-site promotions and eventsCultivate relationships with the shopping centre’s retailers and continually stay abreast of product offerings and store promotions.Be aware of and monitor the shopping centre’s, and its retailer’s, online presence on a daily basis such as; Facebook, Twitter, Website, Instagram, etc.Professionally respond online to customer service inquiries on social media. (If applicable)Monitor mall events, retailer sales and promotions to communicate onto social media platforms as deemed necessary.
