Job Description

Job DescriptionAs the first and last impression for our guests, Night Bellhops are responsible for creating a positive guest experience through welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful service.The Night Bellhops will be working closely with the Night Auditors, Night Security, Night Cleaners and Night Engineers. The Night Bellhop is responsible for assisting with luggage, valet services, shuttle driving and room deliveries.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Genuinely and positively interact with guests at every opportunity.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and open doors.
  • Provide directions for parking and control in-coming and out-going traffic.
  • Valet park cars and retrieve cars as per request, with diligence and care.
  • Ensure driveway, entrance, and back office are clean and clear of garbage, dirt, snow and ice.
  • Ensure Valet tags for any departures are arranged accordingly.
  • Ensure the list of the luggage pulls are arranged accordingly.
  • Assist guests in arranging for transportation services.
  • Store luggage for guests and correctly identify stored bags.
  • Assist guests with transporting luggage or bring baggage up to guest rooms and retrieve them when requested.
  • Deliver housekeeping items and packages to guest rooms or respective departments.
  • Complete all Night Bellhop tasks to set up for next day teams.
  • Provide assistance to overnight Security during any emergencies.
  • Provide information regarding the Hotel, its layout, and services.
  • Provide information on Banff, Banff National Park, and local activities and dining options.
