Job DescriptionWorking in the Hotel Grounds department, the Holiday Decorator ensures our Christmas décor is displayed and maintained throughout the hotel ensuring our property exceeds our guests’ expectations. This position requires a lot of physical labour that involves carrying heavy boxes of decorations in/out of storage in an attic located up four flights of stairs and standing on your feet all day long. Everyone working holiday decorations must be very comfortable working at the top of very tall ladders. Holiday Decoration colleagues are also required to assist snow removal by shoveling especially during winter storms. In this position there is a structured schedule where you will have specific days off at certain times.This position begins at the end of October and finishes mid-January.Starting Rate: $19.50 per hourWe recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.32.Job Duties Include:
