Job DescriptionMarketing Coordinator - Foodamp; BeverageWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced F amp;B Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative individual with a strong background in food and beverage marketing, showcasing a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives in the hospitality industry. As the F amp;B Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our food and beverage outlets by ensuring consistency in branding and building compelling storytelling campaigns to promote everything delicious at Fairmont Banff Springs.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies for the F amp;B outlets within Fairmont Banff Springs, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Implement and oversee the execution of marketing plans to drive revenue and brand awareness.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Generate engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media, the official website, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality photography, videos, and written content that effectively showcases the unique offerings of our F amp;B outlets.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for the F amp;B outlets, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence and reputation.
Collaboration with F amp;B and Culinary Teams:
  • Work closely with the culinary teams to highlight special menus, promotions, and unique culinary experiences through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with chefs to create enticing content that showcases the artistry and quality of our culinary offerings.
Designamp; Content Management:
  • Design, print and update restaurant menus, posters and signage for restaurant in the resort.
  • Ensure our owned websites and third party listings are up-to-date with accurate information.
Event Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for special events, promotions, and collaborations within the F amp;B department.
  • Collaborate with event planners and internal teams to ensure successful execution and promotion of events.
