Job DescriptionJoin our vibrant Spa Reservations team at the Castle in the Rockies! Are you detail-oriented, outgoing, and ready to grow your career in Spa Reservations and Spa Revenue Management within the hospitality industry Enjoy the stunning beauty of the Canadian Rockies while advancing your skills with us.Starting Rate: $18.93 per hourWe recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.02Job Duties Include:

  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Make room reservations, handle internal and external communication for Fairmont Spa
  • Efficiently produce and execute daily reports for segments, auditing reservations and updating as needed
  • Correspond with guests/clients via email or telephone phone while monitoring Spa Reservations voicemail regularly
  • Work closely with Spa Sales, Spa Reception and Spa Leadership teams to ensure all client expectations are met and/or exceeded
  • Meet and/or exceed booking quotas and promotions in the Spa
  • Ability to promote Hotel services and amenities to encourage an exceptional resort experience
  • Work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the guest
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of all Spa products used in Fairmont Spa in order to better assist guests in treatment selection and promote product retail sales
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Assist with duties within Spa (Spa reception, Spa Attending, Spa Group Sales) when required
  • All other duties as assigned.
