Description: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week – Monday to Friday) with Benefits; Salary is dependent on experience; Reporting to the General Manager.Location: Belleville, ON (local bus service available)Start Date: ImmediatelyJob Summary: · Administration and input of payroll· Manage accounts receivable and credit collection· Assist in accounts payable and invoicing· Review and process expense reports· Prepare bank deposits, On-line banking and bank reconciliations· Prepare government payments· Prepare monthly Sales Reports· Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals and general ledger operations· Prepare monthly Financial Statements· Assist with yearend closings and audit process· Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts· Assist with Human Resources administration – employee files, benefits and RRSPEducation and Experience: · Accounting Diploma or Degree· Minimum 3 years of experience· Proficient in Cerdian, Sage Business Vision, Word and Excel advanced.Please forward your resume and cover letter outlining how you meet the specific requirements of the position*All applications are appreciated, but only those candidates selected for interview will be contacted*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$24.00 per hourBenefits:
