Successful candidates will positively represent the Titanium brand and develop new networking models that speak to drivers. The Coordinator will take ownership of prospective drivers, managing all stages of the engagement process. The Coordinator will take pride in their efforts, going to the extents necessary to drive their individual performance and deliver desired results.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProven hunting skills and recruitment abilities or other relevant experience would be considered an asset3+ years proven experience working in a recruitment role - special consideration for candidates that have worked in driver recruitmentRecruitment, selection and hiring of professional Class 1/AZ truck drivers and Owner-OperatorsEnsure that the company is provided with quality and quantity of Company Drivers and Owner-Operators including:Pre-screen all walk-in and phone inquiries by driver applicantsInterview potential company drivers and/ or owner/ operatorsReview applications and ensure all required screening information is correctly obtained and verifiedCommunicate with internal team members to coordinate hiring requirements for Trucking Operations groupArrange applicants for required verification assessments, including road testingOperate as one of the lead points of contact for any and all matters specific to driversBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationshipsLiaise with the Senior Manager, Driver Development to deliver department goals and objectivesIdentify and launch new and innovative opportunities for driver engagementMust be a self-started with a desire to meet and exceed department onboarding targetsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsEstablish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with drivers and team membersAssist with regular inquiries and information requestsPartner closely with Operations to ensure needs are understood and make hiring recommendations accordinglyEmphasize diversity and inclusivityAbility to manage responsibilities with the use of standard office computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite of programs with Windows-based operating systemsAdhere to all Titanium Transportation Group Inc. service standards and policies, including Health & SafetyPerform all additional and relative duties as assignedPosition DetailsFull-time employmentOffice environment - no remote work availableShare Purchase Plan - opportunity to buy company shares through payroll at a 100% matchGroup Benefits offered - health and dentalTitanium is committed to investing in our employees through the use of annual performance reviews - we promote from within!Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is committed to providing accommodations throughout the recruitment process for individuals with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
