Key Responsibilities- Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using automotive knowledge, company database and parts catalogue- Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner and make follow-up calls to customers as necessaryKey Requirements and Experience- 2-3 years of automotive aftermarket parts experience (customer service, sales, repair)- 2 years of customer service experience- Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and web-based training)- Basic mathematical skills, understanding of basic units of measure and ability to sort alphanumericallyDesirable Skills and Abilities- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)- Positive attitude and a flexible mindset- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills- High level of professionalism- Ability to multi-task- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment*compensation is based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $20.00 per hourSchedule:
