Job Description

THE ROLECompliance Specialists at Kupar is all about ensuring drivers are safe and compliant. We use a consultative approach and have what it takes to succeed in a high-volume environment. Kupar is looking for someone who engages and works alongside our leaders to find the right fit for their branch. Our ideal candidate has an exceptional ability to build connections and think outside the box every step of the way.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor files for annual review, license status and training completion.
  • Manage and maintain all Driver Qualification files. Ensuring all documents are up to date
  • Monitor owner-operator maintenance files.
  • Maintain periodic maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor e-logs and make sure drivers are compliant with US and CA Regulations; follow up on any outstanding discrepancies
  • Maintain monthly fleet log reports.
  • Various other responsibilities.

  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Applicant Tracking System knowledge a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEThe minimum education or formal training for this position includes the following Provincial/State or other vocational or professional certification, trade license, apprenticeship or degree:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources an asset
  • HR Certification or Designation an asset
  • Experience in the transportation industry an asset
