Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Participate in and assist with ensuring that all investment-related transactions are accurately recorded in the investment administration database and settle in the market in a time manner and in accordance with compliance.
  • Assist in the daily investment administration operational activities and workflow
  • Investigate and/or resolve trade settlement issues
  • Handle/facilitate the resolution of escalations and issues by thoroughly investigating situations, identifying solutions and recommending appropriate course of actions; collaborates with other team members
  • Process insurance business
  • Develop, service and manage the client relationships through continuous communication
  • Professionally respond & assist clients with their requests for information, policy changes etc
  • Administer new business and communicate with advisors & clients to keep them informed of where they are at in the underwriting process
  • General Administration
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • College diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration
  • Experience in a financial services industry
  • Min of 2 years of office experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Word and Excel at an Intermediate level. Previous experience working with a variety of software programs and databases

  • Have an exceptional client focus, understanding the client’s perspective, anticipate clients concerns and deal with in advance
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication and priority setting skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
