Key ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for all HR-related queries;Assembles and maintains all employee personnel files, ensuring that all information is filed accurately and in a timely manner;Maintain and ensure confidentiality of employee personnel records;Work within HRIS software;Types, revises, proofreads and distributes memos, reports, letters, minutes, presentations and other documents effectively utilizing different software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)Maintains the HR / HS/ ENV communication boards;Provides administrative duties such as copying, faxing, etc. as needed;Scheduling for monthly employee meetings, company functions, etc. Key Qualifications/Requirementsminimum 1 year administrative/ clerical experience required preferably in an HR related position;Grade 12 diploma required;Human Resources Certificate would be an asset.
