Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MMLs expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Role SummaryTo provide administrative assistance to the HR Department and Employees. Key ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for all HR-related queries;Assembles and maintains all employee personnel files, ensuring that all information is filed accurately and in a timely manner;Maintain and ensure confidentiality of employee personnel records;Work within HRIS software;Types, revises, proofreads and distributes memos, reports, letters, minutes, presentations and other documents effectively utilizing different software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)Maintains the HR / HS/ ENV communication boards;Provides administrative duties such as copying, faxing, etc. as needed;Scheduling for monthly employee meetings, company functions, etc. Key Qualifications/Requirementsminimum 1 year administrative/ clerical experience required preferably in an HR related position;Grade 12 diploma required;Human Resources Certificate would be an asset.
