We care about our reach, impact and the efficacy of our solutions.Where Would You Fit InThe SafeStart process is an integration of consulting, training, and learning materials that may be delivered on-site, in virtual classrooms, or to people working at home. To ensure a successful client experience, the Order Administrator will coordinate all of these moving parts to support both the SafeStart integrated operations team and clients. The Order Administrator is primarily responsible for the administrating, processing and follow-up of various order activities—shipping, invoicing, scheduling, logistics.Scope of Responsibilities· Understand specific client needs by investigating with the sales team.· Use Salesforce CRM to accurately process complex client orders at all stages of the process.· Prioritize the order flow to juggle orders according to size and priority in a self-directed manner.· Monitor logistical activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to the schedule and client expectations.· Escalate problem situations to the appropriate functional specialist and collaboratively solve order issues across the company in time-pressure situations.· Professionally interact with sales, peers in operations, other staff, and clients on an ongoing basis.Qualifications and Requirements · Practical work experience required in logistics, procurement, accounting, order desk or similar work.· Recognized skills to navigate and understand complex ordering systems.· Effective attention to detail and ability to foresee, resolve and escalate issues.· Ability to communicate concisely within the ordering system and in person.· Possess a strong work ethic and time management skills to juggle multiple activities at the same time.· Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite—Salesforce an asset.· Must be able to work in-office Monday to Friday.COVID-19 and Remote Work · This is an in-person role and cannot be performed remotely.· Must be fully vaccinated for this position, “unless accommodated based on a certified medical contraindication, religion, or another prohibited ground for discrimination as defined under the Canadian Human Rights Act.”Part-time hours: 40 per weekApplication deadline: 2021-11-22Expected start date: 2022-01-04Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$23.00 per hourAdditional pay:
