Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MMLs expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Role SummaryProcess hourly payroll on a bi-weekly basis for approximately 900 employees and complete the necessary payroll reports. Provide payroll support to hourly employees and train Supervisors on the payroll system. Key Responsibilitiesstrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point;strong knowledge of payroll concepts and legislation;strong planning/ organizational skills;self-starter with the ability to prioritize many different tasks to meet deadline;effective English verbal and written communication skills;excellent interpersonal skills;excellent time-management skills;ability to gather and analyze information;ability to work independently and also as part of a team;ability to exhibit confidentiality, discretion and integrity in all aspects of the job;ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Key Qualifications/Requirements3 to 5 years’ experience processing a payroll in a medium to large organization required;Grade 12 diploma required ;Payroll Compliance Practioner (PCP) certification would be an asset;Prior accounting experience would be an asset.Strong Excel knowledge (vlookup, sumifs, pivot table, etc)Experience with ADP Global View would be an asset Additional Informationnormal amount of sitting and standing;ability to move around an office environment and on the production floor;ability to work at a computer workstation;ability to bend, twist, lift, reach;ability to work flexible hours and overtime.Accommodations for disabilities in relation to the job selection process are available upon request.Quick Apply
