Responsible to lead the technical effort on smaller projects. Ensures that base business projects are completed. Requires technical understanding in a business area to ensure best value capital and technically correct solutions. Requires knowledge of the Engineering Work Process and Capital Management Systems, and IWS. Requires extensive computer skills including SAP capital, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project. May also fill specialist roles in HS&E or Tech Safety. Due to the specialist nature of these roles, details are very site specific.QualificationsJob Qualification1 : University engineering degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated ownership of improvement areas inthe business. The person will need to coach onthe development of standards and documentation tomeet business needs and improve plant systems(CBAs, OPLs, CILs). To do this the person willneed experience leading/executing IWS systems inoperations.Job Qualification2 : Strong Electrical skills (supported by moduleC&IS Leader) and demonstrated understanding ofour E&I process. Strong organizational andpriority setting skills. Demonstrated ability tocreate and complete action plans, drive executionand track progress.
