Job Description

We are looking for a self motivated individual who is looking to play a key role in our company. The individual will need to have carpentry skills as they will be expected to work while supervising the job they are on. We generally take on smaller residential projects.Job Summary: As a Site Supervisor, your duties are not limited to but may include the following:

  • Supervising workers, subcontractors, and co-ordinate subcontractors
  • Safety briefings
  • Assessing and managing safety hazards
  • Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
  • Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations
  • Ordering materials and supplies
  • Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Preparing schedules, work progress, production and other reports
  • Managing project schedule and budget
  • Co-ordinating directly with client
  • Communicating with owner
Qualifications:
  • Construction experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle to visit projects
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Good understanding of math
  • Good sense of time management
Expected Start Date: 2022-02-01Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $20.00-$35.00 per hourAdditional pay:
  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay
