Our company #39;s success is driven by our dynamic, highly-skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area #39;s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs a result of our robust growth, we are expanding our team of Harvest Professionals.Reporting to the Harvest Manager, the duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality and accuracy.The successful candidate will have the drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet the established criteria.As a leader of the harvest crew, you must be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.
