Reesink Dealer NetworkHEPSON EQUIPMENTPosition: Agricultural Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic 421A)Number of Position(s): 2Location: BRANDONTravel: On-site and in-field We are currently seeking to add a full-time Agricultural Equipment Technician to our teamIf you have experience in servicing heavy equipment, this opportunity may be of interest to youHEPSON EQUIPMENT offers a competitive salary package, a great work environment, group benefits, an RRSP plan, and growth opportunities.Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.Requirement: Must be eligible to work in Canada.This is an onsite position.This position will report to the Service Manager.Job Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and/or malfunctions.
  • Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts.
  • Perform updates, pre-delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections.
  • Complete work orders and enter technician notes.
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • A journeyman is preferred, but we are open to accepting applicants with equivalent experience and no certification.
  • Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
  • Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to use computers to support diagnostics.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable, respectful and customer-focused.
