This position is integral to maintaining operational efficiency while adhering to our high standards for safety and quality. Monday to Friday, shifts may vary. Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to proper procedure and safety regulations.
  • Operate assigned machines and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Prepare, set up, and clean the machines before starting work, after completing work, and as required.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and repair quality control issues with your team leader and/or supervisor.
  • Follow Company regulations and procedures to uphold the Company #39;s quality and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane operation experience is an asset.
  • Proven experience operating machinery and/or computer-controlled equipment.
  • Familiarity and comfort with various hand tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective communication abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain focus and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods.
