This role reflects PGNFC #39;s Youth departments commitment to Respect, Belonging, and Reciprocity, creating opportunities for youth to engage with community, culture, and holistic well-being.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the health and social determinants impacting vulnerable youth, particularly Indigenous youth, and will be skilled in meeting youth where they are, providing non-judgmental support, and fostering trust. Outreach services will be delivered at times and locations most accessible to youth, including evenings and weekends.Qualifications:PGNFC recognizes lived experience as an asset in supporting youth.
