Job Description

Accounts Receivable CoordinatorCalgary, AB | Full-Time.Peak Dental Group is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team! Help us maintain the financial health of our practices by managing patient accounts, insurance claims, and collection activities.What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor patient and insurance balances.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
  • Resolve billing inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with front office teams.
  • Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end tasks.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years in AR or dental billing (ClearDent experience a plus).
  • Knowledge of dental insurance procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
