Job Description

Location: Stoney Trail Dental 185 East Hills Blvd SE, Unit 20 Calgary Ab T2A6Z8Are you an experienced Dental Administrator looking to join a friendly, professional team in a modern, patient-focused practice Stoney Trail Dental in Calgary is seeking a full-time Dental Administrator to support our front desk operations. What You #39;ll Do:

  • Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
  • Manage patient records using Dentrix software.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
  • Assist with billing, payment collection, and daily reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a dental administrator.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a commitment to excellent patient care.
