A typical day
  • Assist the HR team for all administrative tasks related to recruitment such as the full cycle of onboarding, offboarding and everything in between.
  • Support the business development team and keep updated the CRM tools.
  • Support the health and safety department with any administrative tasks.
  • Provide backup relief for other positions within the office, including, but not limited to reception, accounting department, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining the office equipment and ordering necessary office supplies.
  • Collaborate in any other company project that would require administrative support.

Qualifications
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills (French is an asset).
  • Excellent autonomy, organization, and priority management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills, team player and highly curious and driven to learn and develop.
  • Ability to multitask.
