Anastasia, a Commercial Construction Recruiter with GPAC, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Estimators for an immediate full-time opportunity. • Prepare detailed and accurate drywall estimates for commercial projects
• Utilize tools such as On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software to perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing and scope information
• Participate in bid reviews and value engineering efforts
• Maintain and update a database of unit costs, historical pricing, and vendor contacts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction estimating with a focus on drywall
• Proven experience estimating projects ranging in size and complexity
• Proficiency in estimating tools such as On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software is required
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required
