We take pride in our reputation for delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations.DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAYThis full-time project management and estimating role has a Monday through Friday schedule, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM.As our Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager - Estimator, you #39;ll lead the charge in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned with budgets and timelines. Your expertise will shine as you analyze drawings and specifications to craft precise cost estimates, coordinating resources and materials for seamless project execution. Through clear communication and efficient planning, you #39;ll unite stakeholders and guarantee project success. From managing shop drawings to tackling unforeseen challenges, your leadership will make a tangible impact on every project #39;s outcome.DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
  • Experience in project management, estimating, and/or coordination, preferably in the mechanical contracting or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems in commercial applications
The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is highly preferred but not required.
