This collaborative team of six knows business solutions inside and out and of course, like the rest of our people, they know how to have fun.WHAT YOU WILL DOIf you are a technically sound person who enjoys problem solving and evolving applications and system integration and thrives in a team where you can grow to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) then this is the role for you. This role is ideal for a strong technical developer who understands how technology solves business needs. You will develop your project coordination skills as you work on new initiatives to align technology with the business. In addition to supporting applications, you strive for continuous improvement of dynamic business processes.Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing software application maintenance and enhancements and ongoing expertise for in-house developed and commercial application packages.
  • Supporting airport system integrations and becoming proficient in understanding and supporting airport and airline industry data standards, particularly as it relates to integration of data across operational systems.
  • Supporting and minor configuration of SaaS products including but not limited to ServiceNow, SharePoint and Oracle Fusion.
  • Documentation of applications and database procedures to support ongoing operations. This includes performance tuning, troubleshooting, other operational requirements, and source code repository management for custom-developed applications.
  • Developing technical documentation on business or technical requirements related to upgrading and enhancing applications.
  • Coordinating activities between the business and vendors for additional support.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers/users.
  • SQL Server 2016/2019 development and data analysis.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Completion of post-secondary education related to computer science
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in application development or support
  • Strong development experience in C#, Asp.Net, and Web technologies
  • Expertise in MS SQL 2016 and above with a strong foundation in SQL Server T-SQL and SSIS
  • Strong experience in application design and modernization
  • Experience in system integration and middleware technologies including, but not limited to, IBM Websphere MQ and MuleSoft
  • Technical writing, including documentation of procedures, technical requirements and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Oracle Fusion
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work model with a combination of in-office and remote work.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
