Rümi is a bright new member of the ATCO family and operates 3 lines of business under the Rümi umbrella: Rümi Products & Services, ATCOenergy and Blue Flame Kitchen.This role focuses on leading digital marketing campaigns for all three lines of business as a member of the fierce and friendly Marketing Team. We challenge each other to be as awesome as we can be while having lots of fun along the way.On a daily basis, you’ll lead the management, measurement and budgets in the optimization of search, display, programmatic and social marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Engagement, you’ll work alongside two other managers and lead a small team.You’ll be responsible for fostering a high-performance team environment and determining appropriate digital marketing resourcing to achieve strategy. This is a key strategic position responsible for driving sales and lead generation, providing operational and delivery excellence, and growing our brands.Who you are:

What you’re great at:

• Leading a team. You recognize your team’s strengths and promote a culture of innovation, creativity and curiosity. You set clear expectations and create opportunities for your team.
• Campaign execution to generate sales & leads. You’re adept at developing, implementing and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across platforms.

• Digital Operations. You have experience developing and applying best practices when it comes to digital campaigns and digital operations.
• Measuring success. From start to finish, you know what the campaign objectives are, how to measure success, analyze and optimize performance…and then translate your reporting and performance metrics for interested stakeholders.
• Keeping current. You’re up-to-date on all aspects of marketing campaign execution driving sales and lead generation including the latest trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

What you have:

• A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 of those being in digital accountability.

• Previous leadership management experience that recognizes performance, fosters continual learning/improvement, and drives engagement.
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns and fundamental knowledge/experience with SEO
• In-depth experience with Google Marketing Suite – AdWords, GA4, Tag Manager
• Strong knowledge in analytics tools and digital media ad-platform (DCM, Google Ads, Business Manager, Twitter, etc.) and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics)
• Experience in deploying emails, building segments, developing customer journeys and reporting in an enterprise email platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
