We made air travel more affordable for Canadians and now were going global.Join us and love where you’re going.Remote Work:This position is eligible for remote work, within Canada, under our mobile workforce program.The Intermediate Analyst OCC (Operations Control Centre) Systems is responsible for maintaining and developing new tools for WestJet’s OCC utilizing PowerApps and Power Automate among other technologies. They work with business units in WestJet’s OCC to identify areas of opportunity, then with IT to deliver corresponding solutions.Job Description

  • Continually develop and maintain existing PowerApps and Power Automate solutions
  • Work with business units in WestJet’s OCC to identify areas of opportunity and develop creative solutions using WestJet approved technologies
  • Liase with WestJet’s IT and data support teams to integrate data components into technology solutions
  • Various administrative tasks related to technology solutions
Job Qualifications
  • University Degree in a Technical/Business/Scientific subject or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in creation and maintenance of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Sharepoint is required
  • Experience in database structure and utilization is required
  • Microsoft PL-900 certification would be an asset
  • 2+ years of business analysis experience is an asset, aerospace preferred
  • 2+ years of airline operational experience is an asset
  • Must have strong collaboration and facilitation skills
