And that our authenticity and experience are our point of difference.We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, creative and positive candidate to optimize the salon and spas marketing efforts across multiple locations. Duties will include, but are not limited to, indusrty research, creating a new marketing plan, creative development of advertising campaigns, maximizing revenue, maintaining strong public relations, and upholding the brands image/ experience.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Manage content creation and ensure it accurately reflects the brands we carry.- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote our products/ services.- Create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers.- Plan and manage our social media platforms and website content.- Identify and evaluate new technologies and use Web Analytics / CRO tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display/search advertising.- Drive relevant consumers with the goal of improving brand recognition and trust to ultimately drive purchase intent.- Design and oversee ad materials, digital marketing, including our marketing database, email, conversions, and display advertising campaigns.- Create and plan social media content, including any photography/videography needed.- Monitor campaign budgets.- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.- Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and engagement.- Oversee all contests.- Organize and host events with the help of the location manager.- Manage all PR material as needed.Education & Experience:- University Degree/ Diploma or equivalent experience in Business and/or Marketing.- A minimum of one year of experience in brand marketing.- Passionate for keeping up to date with the latest advertising/ retail and event trends, technology, competitive tools, and search marketing products.- Familiar with event, retail, and consumer best practices as it relates to campaign set-up, email, SMS, notifications, structure, creative, testing, and optimization.- Experience preferred with platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong copy writing experience.- Social media management tools experience.- Digital marketing experience.- Graphic design experience (Canva/ Photoshop/Illustrator).- Photography and videography experience is a must.- Salon and spa marketing experience is an asset.Skills:- High attention to detail.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent proficiency in writing and creating error free documents, with strong proofing abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.- Ability to multi-task, while remaining extremely organized.- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.PLEASE INCLUDE A LINK TO YOUR ONLINE PORTFOLIOJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $51,060.00-$54,523.00 per yearBenefits:
