Intelerad’s modern enterprise solutions have been acknowledged by a Best in KLAS recognition, ranking #1 for PACS Asia/Oceania in the 2021 Best in KLAS: Global Software (Non-US) report.Job DescriptionDo you want to focus on driving continuous delivery development and operational practices for one of the largest medical image platforms in the world Then this role is for you!Intelerad is seeking a seasoned Software Developer who is ready to take on a Technical Team Lead role to manage the CI/CD roadmap for our flagship product, IntelePACS. As our R&D Product Owner (CI/CD), you will drive the following:

  • Documenting and understanding the current state of CI/CD for our flagship product
  • Focusing on improving the critical path of tasks that exist between ‘writing code’ and ‘running in production’
  • Aligning DevOps tooling between development and operations teams driving everything from source-control to build-process to infrastructure-as-code
  • Setting continuous deployment goals to achieve in order to guide the team
  • We view this role as a stepping stone to join our Architecture team where you will take on this type of planning oversight for dozens of products!
The R&D Product Owner (CI/CD) will drive the continuous delivery development and operational practices used by over 3 dozen engineers. This role will work closely with engineering and product management leadership to define the required technical solutions, timelines to achieve and outcomes to produce.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into user stories, feature definitions, and acceptance criteria for a technical audience
  • Manage the product backlogs for multiple development teams
  • Understand, learn and apply new automated build, test and deployment capabilities and help develop project teams towards integrating such solutions
  • Deliver on-time, on quality and on scope releases that delight customers
  • Drive relentlessly towards our product goals. Use creative and innovative solutions to unblock challenges.
  • Understand the key performance metrics and ensure the right focus on delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Engine to support optimal decisions on the functionality to maximize customer satisfaction and business investment return.
  • Ensure that the product meets the specifications and is deployed successfully.
  • Expand awareness, knowledge and experience on automation with in CI/CD pipelines
QualificationsRequired Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Background in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) based application development
  • Knowledge and/or experience in designing, developing, deploying, and CI/CD in a DevOps environment
  • Strong experience working with Linux based systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead complex projects and initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Adept knowledge of enterprise-scale technologies, including applications hosted on the cloud and software as a service (SaaS)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Effectively communicate and promote the product goals to all stakeholders and development teams
  • Be an agile thinker by absorbing new information and updating plans accordingly but have enough confidence to resist or question urgent requests that are not beneficial in the big picture to the product, the business and its customers

Desired Qualifications:
  • Direct experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements
  • Experience in medical imaging or healthcare industry
