The RSL will provide oversight of baggage connectivity activities and support effective co-ordination internally and with our service partners. The RSL will maintain an effective presence on the ramp and in the bag rooms to ensure that we minimize any potential aircraft or baggage delays and provide a world class guest experience.Direct Accountabilities
