Job Description

This role is a critical part in the continuous growth and development of our Salesforce platform and how it integrates with the Percona ecosystem. You will gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders to drive frictionless business outcomes related to our configure, price, quote process. This role will partner with multiple departments to deliver solutions that will scale our CPQ process. The ideal candidate for this role will have a blend of technical and business experience with strong expertise in the Salesforce and CPQ platforms.What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and internal technical teams to provide CPQ solution strategies.
• Support business requirement activities among multiple stakeholders and assess the impact to CPQ and the Salesforce platform
• Partner with multiple departments to deliver solutions that will scale our CPQ process.
• Analyze and manage all third-party integrations to the Salesforce ecosystem and how it will impact CPQ.
• Manage Percona products, price books, and solution bundles within CPQ and other integrated business systems. For example, Docusign, Conga and Ironclad.
• Assess existing Quote to Cash business processes and identify areas for improvement to boost organizational alignment and efficiency
• Develop CPQ user stories, personas and testing plans based on business requirements and initiatives
• Create and manage CPQ feature enhancement schedule based on business needs and processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges
• Drive Salesforce CPQ platform improvements, related projects and platform enhancements
• Create business process documentation, including but not limited to use cases, user stories, and process flows
• Participate in creating and executing manual test cases as well as helping in UAT efforts
• Manage creation and development of end-user training materials for project-delivery/rollout, change management and adoption

What You Have Done

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business operations, sales operations or business solutions architecture focused on the Salesforce stack, within a SaaS or PaaS company
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce platform experience
• Hands-on experience with CPQ functionality including Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystem
• Experience in developing business processes and requirements for integrating CPQ with other relevant quoting tools (e.g Conga, Docusign, IronClad)
• Deep understanding of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes
• Understanding of Opportunity Management & Order Management processes
• Exceptional documentation including diagrams, standards, and project papers
