At Swoop, our day-to-day operations are vastly different and deliberately separate, but carefully aligned to complement the big picture strategy of the group.As Swoop becomes more complex and dynamic, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and creative Marketing, Digital and Communications team.Reporting to the Team Lead of Digital & Performance Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist at Swoop will be responsible for delivering Swoop’s paid digital marketing strategy including paid search, paid social, video, display/programmatic, and a strong focus on SEM to deliver qualified traffic to site. You will develop paid channel strategies to drive successful revenue generating campaigns from beginning to end with the support of an external paid media management consultant. You will help drive valuable insights and continuously optimize your paid channels accordingly.A growth-hacker mindset (think scaling spend effectively) and the ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively and adapt at a moment’s notice are vital attributes for the successful candidate.
