You describe yourself as someone who loves to live outside your comfort zone, a trailblazer who constantly seeks new ways to learn and grow.Reporting to the Leader of Tech Advancement, the Support Analyst III is responsible for providing team members with high quality expertise, knowledge and advice on an array of technical applications.Overall, the Support Analyst will be a key expert to help all of our ATB team members optimize the productivity and collaboration tools they use, which ranges from Google Workspace to mobile devices to MS Office and be responsible for uninstalling Microsoft Office products.Respond to team member inquiries about Google WorkSpace and requests for MS Office productsUninstall MS Office products from team members devices. This task includes working with Leaders throughout the organization, researching solutions to MS Office dependencies, creating job aids, creating new processes, managing change, tracking results, updating data and teaching team members how to optimize the use of Google Workspace tools.Facilitate virtual Learning Sessions, promote and increase the participation in learning sessionsCreate and maintain Team Member self-serve support and learning content to assist team members with optimizing the use of their productivity and collaboration tools (ex. Mobile Devices, Printers, Laptops, Chrome, Google Workspace, Digital Hygiene, etc).Promote and increase the usage of the self serve support and learning content throughout the organization.Create communications and inform ATB team members about changes to their productivity and collaboration tools.Provide feature feedback to Google Workspace Product ManagersEscalate Google Workspace feature issues to Tier 2 supportParticipate in Google Workspace Alpha/Beta testingMaintain a “Guru” level knowledge of the essential Google Workspace applications in order to provide support to team members (Meet, Livestream, Calendar, Gmail, Chat, Cloudsearch, Drive, Docs, Slides, etc)RequirementsCertification in Project Management, Business Analysis or Change Management1-2+ years of experience within a Tech Support or Help Desk TeamTasks are completed independently with minimal supervisionOrganized, high attention to detail, systems thinking, critical thinking & problem solvingExcellent time management skillsStrong communication skills; able to translate information in a simple and helpful manner (Listening, Verbal and Written)Strong ability to build effective relationships with your partnersHave deep knowledge of the Google Workspace suite of productsHave experience in the Agile working methodology is an assetAre focused on providing an exceptional experience to the people you interact with.
