Job Description

Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleThe Grounds Department is made up of a high-performance team of hard-working individuals who enjoy working towards a common goal. As a key member of our team the Construction Specialist is responsible for assisting the Project Foreman on continuing restorations on the golf course property.Your contributions to the team include:

  • Installation of subsurface drainage.
  • Top surface regrading.
  • Sod laying/lifting, and topdressing of turf.
  • Manual labor using hand tools, such as, shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.
  • Occasionally assist in the grounds department with turf maintenance activities.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • Previous experience with medium duty operation of equipment (tractors, excavators, utility vehicles) preferred.
  • Ability to setup and use Laser Levels.
  • Understanding and knowledge on flow of water and slopes needed to allow sufficient drainage is considered an asset.
