Becoming part of the Naturally Pacific team will allow you to engage in the hospitality industry within an expanding company that values every individual #39;s input and celebrates achievements collectively.The RoleAs a key member of our team the Night Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the Front Desk Department during the evenings and overnight for the Resort. They will ensure an exceptional level of hospitality and services to our guests in the evening. The Night Manager will be a hands-on leader whose team will be responsible for all guest interactions – Arrival experience, specialized recommendations, and departure experience. They will go above and beyond to provide services for guests even when certain departments aren’t available. The Night Manager will ensure they collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have leadership and hospitality experience.Your contributions to the team include:

• Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Supervise the Front Desk team in the evening and provide positive leadership.
• Address guests’ inquiries, complaints, concerns, and requests with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Train and motivate the Front Desk team to create a positive working environment during the evening.
• Manage group and individual performance expectations and goals while providing mentorship and feedback.
• Oversee nightly Front Desk activities to ensure consistent and exceptional guest service through the check-in and check-out process.
• Aid in establishing work schedules and review hours for payroll records.
• Provide extensive knowledge on the Resort and its facilities as well as local attractions and events to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist the Front Desk Manager with various managerial tasks and duties as needed.
• Ensure supplies and necessary material is well stocked and inventory is kept.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with the Front Desk Manager as well as other Department Managers to ensure seamless Resort operations.
• Participate in operations and leadership meetings to stay informed on maintenance and housekeeping issues, and policy and procedure changes.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• 1 year in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in guest service.
• Enthusiasm for continued learning and team development.
• Proven ability to successfully support a large and diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proven conflict resolution, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of guests and offer appropriate solutions.
• Ability to respond and adapt quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with managers and employees.
• Excellent in all MS Office suite.
• High level of personal integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-level hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and self-directed.
• Highly organized and efficient.
