Position: IT Technical SupportLocation: Vancouver, CanadaDepartment: Information TechnologyReports To: Manager, Technical SupportPosition SummaryThe IT Technical Support position will perform a variety of duties related to supporting of our users, offices and vessels, providing a high level of 1st and 2nd line IT technical support and assisting with other functions of the larger IT team. Involves installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile devices, printers, scanners and video conference equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software faults, managing inventory, creating user manuals, process documentation and administration, maintenance of the Active Directory and Office 365.This role is 100% office-based from our office in downtown Vancouver.Major Responsibilities
