Job Description

Creekside Villa is looking for a full time check in agent.Duties include:

  • welcoming guests to the hotel
  • checking in guests
  • keeping common areas clean
  • assisting with light laundry
  • answering emails
  • maintaing the extranet communications (booking.com and Expedia)
  • accepting new reservations
Hours are from 2-10pm 5 days per week. Applicant must be comfortable with working solo. If applicant is interested we also have weddings that they can assist with and make extra tips.Housing:Subsidized housing is available. We currently have a private room in a brand new townhouse with its own washroom and balcony. It is shared with one other team member. This unit is not pet friendly.Applicant can apply via indeed or in person at Creekside Villa.We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00-$19.00 per hourAdditional pay:

Experience:
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
