Job Description

We are a small pest control company with big dreams!While many companies simply exterminate pests, our team uses the safest products and treatment methods in a respectful and meticulous manner. We work to minimize our impact on the environment, leaving it clean and pest free. Our team is constantly brainstorming innovative improvements to give you the pest control results you need, with humane and safe techniques.Our team lives and breathes pest control, we ensure each team member has a passion for pests and we bring that energy and enthusiasm to every service call.Currently we are looking for a new team member who will help us with the following:

  • Creating schedules and building routes for our pest specialists in the field
  • Support and communication with the field team during their work days
  • Customer communication over the phone and email
  • Managing our customer base
  • Closing leads and upselling our services to current customers
  • Other responsibilities as the role evolves
Candidate we are looking for:
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
Once fully trained this is currently a work from home position. Preferably looking for a candidate living in the Canmore or Banff area.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per yearBenefits:
