Why Work for Us - Western Canadas fastest-growing hospitality brand.- Group health benefits plan (Dental, Vision, Paramedical, and more) – 75% covered by employer.- Employee, Family and Friends discounted rates at all Basecamp Properties.- Company paid staff events.- A hands-on people focused Basecamp culture.- Available staff housing (Must provide a clean criminal record check).Position Overview Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, you are responsible daily check in and out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and providing basic concierge services.Wage: $20-$21Start Date: June 26th, 2023Full-time/PermanentKey Responsibilities - Complete Nightly administrative tasks including payment processing, reconciliation of all payment accounts for rooms and F&B departments, Damage deposit releases, and Bank batch closes.- Conduct basic security procedures including property walk-arounds (interior and exterior) and security camera monitoring.- Comfortable with contacting law enforcement, EMS and fire services should the need arise- Fire Panel operation as needed.- In-person check-ins and checkouts of hotel guests- Responded to in-house guest requests and external request via in-person, phone, online messaging and email.Requirements- 1-2 years of previous experience in an elevated setting is preferred but not required.- Hotel PMS experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Webrez Pro is an asset.- Able to work well independently with no supervision.- Comfortable with working overnight shifts (11pm-7am)- People forward mentality with a can-do attitude.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00-$21.00 per hourQuick Apply
