Safeway Canmore is hiring for part and full-time Grocery Clerk able to start immediately and join our fast paced team environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding service to all customers, while work efficiently with other department and store teammates to achieve desired daily, weekly, and monthly business priorities. This role requires the ability to work independently also collaboratively with others; be adept at using technology as well as creativity in building attractive merchandising displays and also replenish shelves from daily stock deliveries and prior overstock. The candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts on a rotational basis (including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights); and in sections such as dry grocery, produce, dairy, frozen, and assist in other departmental tasks as required. The job requires an element of physical dexterity - reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending and lifting - up to 50 lbs.
