We are looking to hire a team player to join our front desk team.Main duties areAnswer the phone at the front desk to respond to guests needsBook reservations for individuals, families and groups as requiredGreet walk in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front deskRefer guests to local amenities and venuesCommunicate guests request and complaints to the appropriate departmentMust be able to work on holidays, night shifts, and weekends.
