We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Agent to fill a full-time position on our front desk at Spring Creek Vacations in Canmore. The duties of this position involve making reservations over the phone and by email, checking guests in and out of the property, answering guests queries about the area, dealing with questions regarding the suites amenities, supplies, etc., and may include dealing with homeowners concerns.We are looking for an individual who can conduct themselves in a professional manner both in-person and over the phone, is extremely reliable, and is attentive to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk reservation experience and have worked with WebRezPro.Shifts will generally run 8 hours in length and will include working weekend and early evening hours.A generous benefits package (dental, drug, extended health, life insurance, out-of-country coverage, LTD) is offered after 1 full year of continuous full-time employment.
