Recreational GymnasticsPart-TimeThe Canmore Illusions Gymnastics Club is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Gymnastics Coach for our Recreational Programs. If you are a responsible, energetic and fun coach with a passion for gymnastics we’d be interested in hearing from you.Working with the Recreational Program Director, you will assist in the development and delivery of recreational programming under the structure of the CanGym – Badge program. Your training plans include strategies to develop an athlete’s interest in gymnastics through an age appropriate introduction to games, body awareness and safety. You are an approachable and organized coach with a record of strong communication skills with parents, coaches and athletes. You create a positive, focused and fun training environment that encourages athletes to learn new skills.You are familiar with physical literacy and have, or will attain, your gymnastics foundations certification, active start training and have a technical knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures.
