Come join our legendary Front Desk team at The Malcolm Hotel!Guest Service Agents book hotel reservations, process payments for guest stays, greet, welcome, and check guests in when they arrive on site, respond to any questions they may have about the hotel, their accommodation, the area and local activities/amenities, and check guests out. Additionally, Guest Services Agents answer telephone enquiries, cover Night Audit shifts when required, and deal with guest concerns and complaints as they arise in a timely, respectful, and appropriate manner.We are looking for individuals with a minimum high school diploma (or equivalent) who have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as at least 1-year of experience working as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate would have experience using Room Master and AM/PM sales point. Night Auditor experience would be as asset.Working hours for this position include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will need to be available to work a flexible schedule.Full-time employees qualify for group health benefits after 6 months of continuous employment. Subsidized shared staff accommodation is available for full-time employees, pending availability. All units come fully furnished with internet and cable.
